Wee Tigers is a Community Education Preschool Program in the Farmington School District.

All registrations will be collected by mail, fax and walk-in to the Community Education office begining January 27.  No online registration this year.

Registration deadline for fall 2014 is February 14.
Confirmations will be sent to families March 15.

Minnesota Reading Corps
Building a foundation of strong literacy skills is a priority for Farmington Area Public Schools and now that effort will be improved for the 2013-14 school year with the awarding of additional grants from the Minnesota Reading Corps.

The Riverview Wee Tigers location will have Minnesota Reading Corps staff working with our students the 2013-2014 school year. ALL of the other locations are also in the process of incorporating the curriculum that is used with the Minnesota Reading Corps.

Wee Tigers News!
ECFE joins the Library April 10 -10:30-11:30am! We have a Books and Beyond Down on the Farm activity, at Meadowview CE: 6100 195th Street, room 104. NO pre-registration is necessary. Free! Geared for ages 0-6. Come for stories, activites, and crafts.



Moving and Zooming Night!

Birth to PreK 5

Come and see cars, trucks, tractors, and things that go zoom! Come take a look, kick the tires, and Oooooh, and Ahhhhh over the variety of vehicles. Bring your big wheel or tricycle to go through the obstacle course. Fun for kids and adults! Cost: Free! No pre-registration is necessary.

This activity is for children ages birth to pre-kindergarten 5. Sorry no school age children may participate. Childcare is not available.

All parents must enter the names of the adults that will be on their child's authorized pick up list. This must be done prior to the first day of classes. This can be done online.

Parent Aware is a rating tool for selecting high quality child care and Early Education through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

District 192 Community Education periodically takes pictures of participants in our classes and during other sponsored activities. These photos may be used in the Community Education catalog, ECFE brochure or other promotional materials. If you do not wish to have your picture taken or published you must provide us written notice in advance.
