Minnesota Reading Corps Building a foundation of strong literacy skills is a priority for Farmington Area Public Schools and now that effort will be improved for the 2013-14 school year with the awarding of additional grants from the Minnesota Reading Corps. Students involved with the one-to-one tutoring program show greatly improved reading skills, a full 80% improve by more than one grade level each year. The other locations are also in the process of incorporating the curriculum that is used with the Minnesota Reading Corps.
