The Rahn chess team is coached by Mr. Jacobson and BHS student Sam Kim.

Advisory Council Members Needed

Rahn Arts & Technology Advisory Council is in need of additional parents to serve. The council meets the second Monday of each month. Council work for this year is to analyze parent survey data and create a plan of action, start the development of an arts cycle, and develop technology opportunities for families.

If you are able to become a member, please contact Principal Barbara Borer at or call the school office at 952-707-3600.

ATTENTION: New pick-up/drop-off procedures

A team has been working on a plan to improve the safety of our students at arrival and dismissal time. This year, car riders will be unloading and loading in a different area the east sidewalk of Sandstone Drive.

If you drive your child to school, the procedure will be to round the divider and stop at the top of the sidewalk peninsula to let your child out directly onto the sidewalk. Students should be seated on the passenger side of the vehicle.
