History
Our school was named after Theodore Roosevelt. Built in 1923, the building is recognized for its distinctive Spanish Colonial Revival Style. It is one of the few historic school buildings in the city that represents the history of elementary education in La Crosse. Generations of northside families have memories represented by this building, including Congressman Ron Kind.
