They have been selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship each
through the Kaleidoscope Scholarship.

for their academic success and numerous other achievements
throughout their high school career.
Congratulations to the 104 Shakopee High School seniors who
received a scholarship through Shakopee Dollars for Scholars!
Shakopee High School students
Joseph Huynh, Jeff Qiu, Hannah
Ramthun and Janneta Tabakov are winners
in the 9th District Federal Reserve Bank essay contest.
Janetta placed second overall among 400 competitors statewide.
Congratulations to the Destination Imgaination DInamyte team
from Sun Path Elementary! The team earned a spot
to compete in the global tournament in Tennessee in May.
The team members are Justin Diede, Himani Joshi,
Andy Mou, Michael Waldorf, Payton Mason,
Catherine Younger and Tanner Olsen. All are fifth graders.

Shakopee High School teacher Craig Anderson
received the BestPrep Teacher of Excellence Award.
The award is given to educators who are dedicated in
teaching business and financial literacy skills.
Congratulations to Shakopee High School student Vanessa Unseth
who received a scholarship to attend the
United States Air Force Academy Preparatory School!

LEAP teacher Autumn Lee
who received the Fox 9 Top Teacher Award.
LEAP stands for Life Evolves Around Possibilities.
Shakopee High School band members Brian Wagner (bassoonist)
was selected to the All-State Orchestra and
Danny Kocher (percussion) was selected as All-State alternate.
Students selected to these groups represent the top .5%
of all students across the state.
Congratulations to Shakopee High School's
section finalists in speech!
They are David McComas Bussa, Rishabh Mishra,
Ayushi Jain, Meagan Spott, Caleb Richards and
Section Champios Breanna Ten Eyck and Vetorah Tiev.
Breanna, Caleb and Vetorah will next compete at the state level.
